In order to maintain the highest possible service levels, all key functions are carried out by directly employed staff. An annual audit of or working systems and procedures by the international organisation for standardisation ensures that our accreditation to ISO 9001 is maintained.
A measure of our continuing success and competence is the large percentage of our clients who rely of Forza to provide day 2 services and support. Generally our company procedures remain the same regardless of the products to be supplied. This allows us to coordinate a very wide range of individual producers of varying complexity for both large, small projects and purchases.
Quotation and Orders
We pride ourselves on our product knowledge across the range of our brands, fabrics, finishes and planning requirements. Forza displays are routinely updated to maintain a fresh feel with the latest products and developments featured.
Forza offer a fully detailed quotation giving exact product specification details and costs. Once accepted and agreed, Forza place orders on the manufacturer’s proposed. Where required, Forza will check delivery access if the order is ‘size sensitive’ prior to placement.
Delivery and installation
From placement of order(s) Forza confirm with the nominated factories the anticipated delivery dates. Forza monitor the orders progress from the point of order to actual shipping and delivery date. Any manufacturing variations are communicated, when and if they occur.
Forza has its own dedicated London warehouse where all orders are delivered. If the order is made up of multiple suppliers, Forza will consolidate the consignments and check to ensure that no transport damage has occurred. The consolidation of your order ensures that the delivery and installation can be carried out with the minimum of visits at the most suitable times.
Project Management and Planning Support
Forza can provide a full planning support service offering product specific advice as required.
Delivery and installation is carefully planned to ensure that the goods being delivered are ready for acceptance on site. Site conditions are assessed to ensure that your products are installed to your full satisfaction.
Day 2 Services
After installation, Forza continue to support the client with product training, service needs and future requirements. Forza’s own installation team will continue to support any future furniture reconfiguration work or warehousing.
